Move to country Victoria for Colac's arts and culture

Colac Otway Performing Arts and Cultural Centre is the cultural hub of the shire, offering a diverse theatre program comparable to any in regional Victoria. COPACC’s gallery space showcases touring exhibitions as well as the work of some of our finest local artists.

The centre is a mecca for children with an artistic flair, offering a range of weekend and school holiday programs including a choir, drama club, ukulele lessons and a variety of visual arts activities. COPACC’s function spaces are always a hive of activity, hosting conferences, meetings, dance lessons and more, and the adjoining cinema is also popular.

A new gallery and performance space has recently opened in a converted church in the township of Cororooke, and there is also an art gallery in Beeac.

Colac Otway’s landscape and boutique small towns provide inspiration for a variety of talented artists including quilters, textile artists, authors and illustrators, painters, photographers, potters and more. Contact us to find out more.
